Title
Apache Camel: Camel-Solr: The SolrParam. and SolrField. Exchange header prefixes used non-Camel-prefixed names that bypass the HTTP header filter, allowing an HTTP client to inject Solr query parameters (server-side request forgery) and document fields
Summary
Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Output Used by a Downstream Component ('Injection'), Improper Input Validation, Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in Apache Camel Solr component. The camel-solr producer copies Exchange message headers whose names begin with the SolrParam. prefix into the parameters of the Solr request, and headers whose names begin with the SolrField. prefix into the fields of the indexed Solr document. The prefix constants (SolrConstants.HEADER_PARAM_PREFIX / HEADER_FIELD_PREFIX) were the plain strings SolrParam. / SolrField.. Because these names do not start with the Camel / camel prefix, HttpHeaderFilterStrategy - which blocks only the Camel header namespace on the HTTP boundary - let them pass from an inbound HTTP request straight into the Exchange. In a route that bridges an HTTP consumer (for example platform-http) into a solr: producer, any HTTP client could therefore set SolrParam.* headers to inject arbitrary Solr request parameters - including shards or stream.url, which cause the Solr server to issue server-side requests to an attacker-chosen URL (server-side request forgery, for example to an internal service or a cloud metadata endpoint), or qt to reach administrative request handlers - and set SolrField.* headers to inject arbitrary fields into indexed documents. No credentials are required when the bridging consumer is unauthenticated. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.0.0 before 4.14.8, from 4.15.0 before 4.18.3, from 4.19.0 before 4.21.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.21.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.14.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.14.8. If users are on the 4.18.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.3. After upgrading, routes that set Solr parameters or fields via the raw header prefixes must use CamelSolrParam. / CamelSolrField. instead of SolrParam. / SolrField.. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, strip the SolrParam.* and SolrField.* headers from any untrusted ingress before the solr: producer, and set the required Solr parameters and fields from a trusted source in the route.

Title
Budibase: SSRF via OAuth2 token endpoint URL reaches internal hosts and cloud metadata
Summary
Budibase is an open-source low-code platform. Prior to 3.39.0, fetchToken in the OAuth2 SDK makes a POST to a builder-supplied URL with plain node-fetch, skipping the blacklist.isBlacklisted check that every other outbound fetch path in the codebase uses. The Joi schema for the OAuth2 URL has no scheme or host restriction. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.39.0.

Title
Budibase: Unvalidated VectorDB Host Parameter Enables SSRF
Summary
Budibase is an open-source low-code platform. Prior to 3.35.3, the VectorDB configuration endpoint in Budibase accepts a host parameter that undergoes no validation against internal IP ranges, reserved hostnames, or URL schemes. Any authenticated user with builder-level access can supply an arbitrary host value such as 169.254.169.254 or localhost, causing the server to initiate outbound TCP connections to internal network addresses or cloud metadata endpoints on their behalf. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.35.3.

Title
Budibase: SSRF via OAuth2 Config Validation — Missing fetchWithBlacklist Protection
Summary
Budibase is an open-source low-code platform. Prior to 3.39.0, the OAuth2 token fetch function in packages/server/src/sdk/workspace/oauth2/utils.ts uses raw fetch(config.url) with no SSRF protection. The safe wrapper fetchWithBlacklist() exists in the same codebase and is used in every other outbound HTTP call (automation steps, plugin downloads, object store), but was not applied to the OAuth2 token endpoint. A user with BUILDER role can point the OAuth2 token URL to internal services (CouchDB, cloud metadata) to exfiltrate sensitive data. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.39.0.

Title
Budibase: SSRF via User-Controlled queryId in Automation Execute Query Step
Summary
Budibase is an open-source low-code platform. Prior to 3.39.0, the executeQuery automation step in Budibase accepts a queryId from automation step inputs and passes it directly to the query execution controller without additional validation. When combined with a REST datasource configured to target internal infrastructure, this creates a server-side request forgery path where automation execution causes the Budibase server to make outbound HTTP requests to attacker-influenced destinations. The automation output then returns the response, potentially exposing internal service data. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.39.0.

Title
Kolibri has Unauthenticated Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) in RemoteFacilityUserViewset
Summary
Kolibri is an offline-first education platform. Prior to version 0.19.4, several Kolibri API endpoints accept an unvalidated `baseurl` parameter and fetch attacker-controlled URLs from the Kolibri server, reflecting the response body back to the caller. The original report identified two endpoints on the `RemoteFacilityUser*` viewsets; remediation review found two further reflection points on the same pattern. The GET endpoint was unauthenticated. Version 0.19.4 fixes the vulnerability.

Title
Papra: SSRF via HTTP redirect bypass in webhook delivery
Summary
Papra is a minimalistic document management and archiving platform. Prior to version 26.5.0, Papra's webhook delivery system contains an SSRF protection bypass that allows any authenticated organisation member to cause the server to make HTTP requests to internal addresses — loopback, link-local, and RFC-1918 ranges. The SSRF protection validates the registered webhook URL but ignores redirect destinations. The HTTP client (ofetch) follows 3xx responses automatically, and the redirect target is never checked against the blocklist. An attacker registers a webhook pointing to an attacker-controlled server, which redirects incoming POSTs to any internal address. Exploitation was confirmed by live test against the official Docker image. The fix is a single-line change to the webhook HTTP client. This issue has been patched in version 26.5.0.

Title
Shopware: SSRF in Media External-Link Endpoint Bypasses IP Validation
Summary
Shopware is an open commerce platform. Prior to 6.6.10.18 and 6.7.10.1, the `/api/_action/media/external-link` endpoint allows authenticated admin users to make server-side HTTP HEAD requests to arbitrary internal IP addresses. While the parallel `uploadFromURL` flow validates target IPs against private/reserved ranges via `FileUrlValidator`, the `linkURL` flow only performs a URL format check (regex for `http://` or `https://` prefix), allowing SSRF to internal network services and cloud metadata endpoints. This issue is fixed in versions 6.6.10.18 and 6.7.10.1.

This issue is fixed in versions 6.6.10.18 and 6.7.10.1."

CAPEC-664: Server Side Request Forgery

An adversary exploits improper input validation by submitting maliciously crafted input to a target application running on a server, with the goal of forcing the server to make a request either to itself, to web services running in the server’s internal network, or to external third parties. If successful, the adversary’s request will be made with the server’s privilege level, bypassing its authentication controls. This ultimately allows the adversary to access sensitive data, execute commands on the server’s network, and make external requests with the stolen identity of the server. Server Side Request Forgery attacks differ from Cross Site Request Forgery attacks in that they target the server itself, whereas CSRF attacks exploit an insecure user authentication mechanism to perform unauthorized actions on the user's behalf.
