Title
LayerSlider 7.11.0 - Authenticated (Contributor+) Stored Cross-Site Scripting via ls_search_form Shortcode
Summary
The LayerSlider plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's ls_search_form shortcode in version 7.11.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

The LayerSlider plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the ls_get_popup_markup action in versions 7.9.11 and 7.10.0 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.
