Title
Social Reviews & Recommendations <= 2.5 - Unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Social Media Reviews
Summary
The Social Reviews & Recommendations plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via several parameters in the 'trim_text' function in all versions up to, and including, 2.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The vulnerability was partially patched in version 2.5.

Title
WidgetPack Comment System <= 1.6.1 - Cross-Site Request Forgery
Summary
The WidgetPack Comment System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.1. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the wpcmt_sync action in the wpcmt_request_handler function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to trigger comment synchronization events via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.

CVE-2023-6884 (GCVE-0-2023-6884)

Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2024-02-05 21:21 – Updated: 2024-08-02 08:42
VLAI?
Summary
This plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 3.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on the 'place_id' attribute. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
