Title

Hexchat IRC Client目录遍历漏洞

Description

Hexchat（前称XChat-WDK）是一套跨平台的IRC（（一种通过网络的即时聊天方式））通讯软件。Hexchat IRC Client是其中的一个基于XChat的IRC客户端产品。 Hexchat IRC Client 2.11.0版本的src/common/text.c文件中的‘log_create_pathname’函数存在目录遍历漏洞，该漏洞源于程序未能充分过滤‘channame’和‘netname’参数。攻击者可利用该漏洞以用户权限创建或修改文件系统中的文件。
