Description

Micro Focus Service Desk（前称Novell Service Desk）是英国Micro Focus公司的一套用于监控并解决服务问题的服务管理解决方案。该方案提供事件管理、问题管理、服务目录定义和管理、财务管理、知识管理等功能。 Micro Focus Service Desk 7.0.3版本和7.1版本的文件下载功能中存在HQL(Hibernate Query Language)注入漏洞。远程攻击者可利用该漏洞更改运行在数据库中的HQL查询，造成信息泄露或任意文件下载。
