HelpU agent是韩国HelpU公司的一款使用远程控制技术的软件，通过允许直接查看客户的计算机屏幕来解决问题。它使客户支持变得更容易和更好。 helpUS(remote administration tool)存在安全漏洞，该漏洞源于登录时ShellExecutionExA函数参数验证不正确。目前没有详细的漏洞细节提供。
