NCH Quorum是一款电话会议服务器软件。可以将任何电脑变成一个电话会议服务器。调用者拨号进入服务器参加电话会议。 NCH Quorum存在目录遍历和任意文件删除漏洞，攻击者可利用漏洞通过单独函数中的路径遍历来查看或删除远程系统上的任何文件。
