Online Fire Reporting System是Carlo Montero个人开发者的一个在线火灾报告系统。 Online Fire Reporting System v1.0版本存在任意文件删除漏洞，该漏洞源于/ofrs/classes/Master.php?f=delete_img对于文件名缺乏有效验证，攻击者可利用该漏洞导致任意文件删除。
