In WhatsUp Gold versions released before 2023.1.3, an unauthenticated Remote Code Execution vulnerability in Progress WhatsUpGold.  The

WhatsUp.ExportUtilities.Export.GetFileWithoutZip

allows execution of commands with iisapppool\nmconsole privileges.
