BSD operating systems contain an issue in the handling of the TCP session timer, which may lead to a denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability.
Hiroki Takakura reported this vulnerability to IPA.
JPCERT/CC coordinated with the developer under Information Security Early Warning Partnership.
