Dreigingsinformatie: Files /usr/local/sbin/.vcnode.js /usr/local/sbin/vc-sysmond Known malicious hash of file is (md5) “dc78e206eaeadec59fc5801fe4556bd0” /etc/systemd/system/vc-sysmon.service The following HTTP header in nginx logs x-vc-opt Connections from the following IP addresses 142.93.149.77 104.248.126.159
Kans: medium
Schade: high
CWE-22: Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal')

A remote vulnerability in VeloCloud Orchestrator (VCO) on-prem enables attackers to access privileged internal functions, with operators advised to monitor web access, backend, and system logs for suspicious activity and preserve evidence if compromise is suspected.

Related by attack behaviour

Vulnerabilities whose description is nearest to this one in the vector space of the CIRCL/vulnerability-attack-technique-biencoder model. This is a similarity search over the bi-encoder space (plain cosine), not a classification, and it has no measured accuracy.
