OESA-2023-1555 (CVE-2023-36054)
Vulnerability from osv_openeuler – Published: 2023-09-02 11:06 – Updated: 2026-08-06 11:06 – Source websiteKerberos is a network authentication protocol. It is designed to provide strong authentication for client/server applications by using secret-key cryptography.
Security Fix(es):
lib/kadm5/kadm_rpc_xdr.c in MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.20.2 and 1.21.x before 1.21.1 frees an uninitialized pointer. A remote authenticated user can trigger a kadmind crash. This occurs because _xdr_kadm5_principal_ent_rec does not validate the relationship between n_key_data and the key_data array count.(CVE-2023-36054)

Vulnerabilities whose description is nearest to this one in the vector space of the CIRCL/vulnerability-attack-technique-biencoder model. This is a similarity search over the bi-encoder space (plain cosine), not a classification, and it has no measured accuracy.
