Das Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) ist ein Ticketsystem für Help-Desks.
Angriff
Ein entfernter, authentisierter Angreifer kann mehrere Schwachstellen in OTRS ausnutzen, um Informationen offenzulegen oder einen Denial of Service zu verursachen.
