Oracle E-Business Suite是在原来Application（ERP）基础上的扩展，包括ERP（企业资源计划管理）、HR（人力资源管理）、CRM（客户关系管理）等等多种管理软件的集合，是无缝集成的一个管理套件。Oracle Purchasing是其中的一款面向专业买家的应用程序，可简化采购订单处理，同时增强政策合规性。 Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3版中的Oracle Purchasing的Endeca组件存在安全漏洞。攻击者可利用该漏洞对关键数据或所有Oracle Purchasing可访问数据的未授权创建，删除或修改访问，以及对关键数据的未授权访问或对所有Oracle Purchasing可访问数据的完全访问。
