OESA-2022-2114 (CVE-2022-43548)
Vulnerability from osv_openeuler – Published: 2022-11-25 11:05 – Updated: 2026-08-06 11:05 – Source websiteNode.js is a platform built on Chrome's JavaScript runtime for easily building fast, scalable network applications. Node.js uses an event-driven, non-blocking I/O model that makes it lightweight and efficient, perfect for data-intensive real-time applications that run across distributed devices.
Security Fix(es):
A flaw was found in NodeJS. The issue occurs in the Node.js rebinding protector for --inspect that still allows invalid IP addresses, specifically, the octal format. This flaw allows an attacker to perform DNS rebinding and execute arbitrary code.(CVE-2022-43548)
