Pangolin < 1.22.0 Authentication Bypass via Share-Link Endpoint
Summary
Pangolin before 1.22.0 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access any protected resource by supplying an attacker-controlled URL parameter to the share-link authentication endpoint that omits the expected resource identifier from the token verification call. Attackers holding a single valid share link for any resource can authenticate against arbitrary resources across different organizations, bypassing all configured authentication methods including SSO, resource passwords, PIN codes, email allowlists, and header authentication.

Dolibarr < 24.0.0 REST API Broken Object-Level Authorization via Bank Account Routes
Summary
Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains a broken object-level authorization vulnerability in the REST API company bank account write routes that allows authenticated attackers with third-party creation rights to create, replace, or delete bank account details of any company without requiring read access to that company. Attackers can inject attacker-controlled IBANs as creditor accounts, which are then written into regenerated SEPA credit-transfer files, redirecting outgoing payments to attacker-controlled accounts.

Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains a broken object-level authorization vulnerability in the REST API third-party site account write routes that allows authenticated attackers with third-party creation rights to overwrite the WebPortal password of any company by bypassing per-object access checks that are only enforced on read routes. Attackers can replace the victim company's WebPortal password through the write endpoint, authenticate as that company to access its invoice data, and also obtain the victim's previous password verifier from the API response.

Title
Lemur: Any user can revoke arbitrary certificates at the CA by uploading a duplicate record and revoking it
Summary
Lemur manages TLS certificate creation. Prior to 1.9.3, POST /api/1/certificates/upload allowed a non-read-only user to create a duplicate row using another certificate body, authority_id, serial, or external_id without requiring permission on the underlying authority. PUT /api/1/certificates//revoke authorized the caller against only the selected Lemur row, so the creator of the duplicate bypassed CertificatePermission. The duplicate had no cert.endpoints, which also bypassed the safeguard that prevents revocation of deployed certificates. Issuer plugins then revoked the real CA-side certificate using certificate.body or external_id under the stored authority credentials. An attacker could therefore revoke arbitrary managed certificates and cause fleet-wide TLS denial of service. The fix rejects duplicate authority_id and serial identities, requires authority access on upload, and checks every matching row during revocation. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.3.

Prior to 1.9.3, POST /api/1/certificates/upload allowed a non-read-only user to create a duplicate row using another certificate body, authority_id, serial, or external_id without requiring permission on the underlying authority. PUT /api/1/certificates//revoke authorized the caller against only the selected Lemur row, so the creator of the duplicate bypassed CertificatePermission. The duplicate had no cert.endpoints, which also bypassed the safeguard that prevents revocation of deployed certificates. Issuer plugins then revoked the real CA-side certificate using certificate.body or external_id under the stored authority credentials. An attacker could therefore revoke arbitrary managed certificates and cause fleet-wide TLS denial of service. The fix rejects duplicate authority_id and serial identities, requires authority access on upload, and checks every matching row during revocation. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.3."

Lemur: Unchecked `replaces[]` lets any user silence notifications and hijack auto-rotation for arbitrary certificates
Summary
Lemur manages TLS certificate creation. From 0.5.0 until 1.9.3, certificate create, upload, and edit requests accepted replaces[] or replacements identifiers that AssociatedCertificateSchema resolved with fetch_objects without a CertificatePermission check. Assigning those objects to Certificate.replaces invoked an append listener that disabled the victim certificate notifications and marked it as replaced. The victim was then excluded from get_all_pending_reissue, and certificate_rotate could deploy the attacker certificate to endpoints serving the victim. An authenticated non-read-only user could target certificates for which the user had no ownership or role, suppress lifecycle automation, and cause fleet-wide TLS disruption or unauthorized substitution. The fix authorizes every referenced replacement certificate before mutation. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.3.

TestLink 1.9.20 and prior contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability that allows any authenticated user, including low-privilege guest accounts, to read arbitrary attachments by supplying an integer attachment ID to the attachmentdownload.php handler without any project or role authorization check. Attackers can enumerate sequential integer IDs through the attachment download endpoint to retrieve file contents from private projects they have no membership in, bypassing the per-project access control model and exposing test specifications, requirements documents, execution evidence, and other sensitive uploaded files across the entire installation.

Title
diboot-core Authenticated Arbitrary Field Read via loadRelatedData Discloses Password Hashes and Salts
Summary
diboot-core's POST /common/load-related-data endpoint resolves caller-supplied field names to any @TableField column of any entity and returns those values for all rows, with no field or entity allowlist. The only guard, relatedDataSecurityCheck(), returns true unconditionally, so any authenticated user (including a zero-role account) can read @JsonIgnore-annotated secret fields such as IamAccount.authSecret and IamAccount.secretSalt for every account, or arbitrary secret fields of any other entity. Shiro's two-iteration MD5 with an 8-character salt is trivially crackable offline, so the disclosed admin password hashes convert to full administrative takeover. The endpoint is not example code; the official diboot-admin-ui frontend requires it, so deployments following the vendor's recommended integration expose it. The mechanism was renamed relatedData* to attachMore* on the development branch, but attachMoreSecurityCheck() also returns true unconditionally.

Title
Open WebUI: Deletion of directories and file embeddings in other knowledge bases via sync cleanup
Summary
Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.9.6 until 0.11.0, the sync cleanup endpoint authorized write access to the knowledge base in the URL but then acted on directory and file ids supplied in the request body without checking that those objects belonged to that knowledge base. A user with write access to one knowledge base could delete directories and remove file embeddings from another knowledge base, causing documents to drop out of retrieval results and breaking chat-with-file for targeted documents without disclosing contents. This issue is fixed in 0.11.0.
