Title
WP Login and Register using JWT <= 3.0.0 - Missing Authorization to Authenticated (Subscriber+) API Key Exposure
Summary
The WP Login and Register using JWT plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access of data due to a missing capability check on the 'mo_jwt_generate_new_api_key' function in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.0. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to generate a new API key on site's that do not have an API key configured and subsequently use that to access restricted endpoints.

Title
PowerBI Embed Reports <= 1.2.0 - Unauthenticated Sensitive Information Disclosure
Summary
The PowerBI Embed Reports plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Disclosure in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.0. This is due to missing capability checks and authentication verification on the 'testUser' endpoint accessible via the mo_epbr_admin_observer() function hooked on 'init'. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to access sensitive Azure AD user information including personal identifiable information (PII) such as displayName, mail, phones, department, or detailed OAuth error data including Azure AD Application/Client IDs, error codes, trace IDs, and correlation IDs.

Title
OAuth Single Sign On – SSO (OAuth Client) <= 6.26.12 - Authentication Bypass via get_resource_owner_from_id_token()
Summary
The OAuth Single Sign On – SSO (OAuth Client) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature in versions up to, and including, 6.26.12. This is due to the plugin performing unsafe JWT token processing without verification or validation in the `get_resource_owner_from_id_token` function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to bypass authentication and gain access to any existing user account - including administrators in certain configurations - or to create arbitrary subscriber-level accounts.

Title
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM <= 1.0.9 - Missing Authorization
Summary
The Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.9. This is due to missing capability checks and nonce verification on functions hooked to 'init'. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to deactivate the plugin, tamper with OAuth configuration, and trigger test connections that expose sensitive data via direct request to vulnerable endpoints granted they can craft malicious requests with specific parameters.

Title
OAuth Single Sign On – SSO (OAuth Client) <= 6.26.12 - Cross-Site Request Forgery
Summary
The OAuth Single Sign On – SSO (OAuth Client) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 6.26.12. This is due to using a predictable state parameter (base64 encoded app name) without any randomness in the OAuth flow. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to forge OAuth authorization requests and potentially hijack the OAuth flow via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.

Title
miniOrange Social Login and Register (Discord, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn) Pro Addon <= 200.3.9 - Authentication Bypass
Summary
The miniOrange Social Login and Register (Discord, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn) Pro Addon plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in all versions up to, and including, 200.3.9. This is due to insufficient verification on the user being returned by the social login token. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator, if they have access to the username and the user does not have an already-existing account for the service returning the token.

The OAuth Single Sign On – SSO (OAuth Client) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in all versions up to, and including, 6.26.3. This is due to insufficient verification on the user being returned by the social login token. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator, if they have access to the username and the user does not have an already-existing account for the service returning the token.

Title
PowerBI Embed Reports <= 1.1.7 - Authenticated (Contributor+) Stored Cross-Site Scripting
Summary
The PowerBI Embed Reports plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's 'MO_API_POWER_BI' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Title
Login using WordPress Users ( WP as SAML IDP ) <= 1.15.6 - Authenticated (Administrator+) SQL Injection
Summary
The Login using WordPress Users ( WP as SAML IDP ) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the ‘id’ parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.15.6 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.

Title
Miniorange OTP Verification with Firebase <= 3.6.0 - Privilege Escalation via Registration due to Administrator Default User Role Value
Summary
The UserPro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation in versions up to, and including, 3.6.0 due to the insecure 'administrator' default value for the 'default_user_role' option. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to register an administrator user even if the registration form is disabled.

Miniorange OTP Verification with Firebase <= 3.6.0 - Unauthenticated Arbitrary User Password Change
Summary
The Miniorange OTP Verification with Firebase plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary User Password Change in versions up to, and including, 3.6.0. This is due to the plugin providing user-controlled access to objects, letting a user bypass authorization and access system resources, and the user current password check is missing. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to change user passwords and potentially take over administrator accounts.

Title
Miniorange OTP Verification with Firebase <= 3.6.0 - Authentication Bypass
Summary
The Miniorange OTP Verification with Firebase plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions up to, and including, 3.6.0. This is due to missing validation on the token being supplied during the otp login through the plugin. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator, if they know the phone number associated with that user.

CVE-2024-0681 (GCVE-0-2024-0681)

Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2024-03-13 15:27 – Updated: 2024-08-08 20:02

Summary
The Page Restriction WordPress (WP) – Protect WP Pages/Post plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to information disclosure in all versions up to, and including, 1.3.4. This is due to the plugin not properly restricting access to pages via the REST API when a page has been made private. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to view protected pages. The vendor has decided that they will not implement REST API protection on posts and pages and the restrictions will only apply to the front-end of the site. The vendors solution was to add notices throughout the dashboard and recommends installing the WordPress REST API Authentication plugin for REST API coverage.

Summary
The Malware Scanner plugin and the Web Application Firewall plugin for WordPress (both by MiniOrange) are vulnerable to privilege escalation due to a missing capability check on the mo_wpns_init() function in all versions up to, and including, 4.7.2 (for Malware Scanner) and 2.1.1 (for Web Application Firewall). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to escalate their privileges to that of an administrator.

CVE-2023-2982 (GCVE-0-2023-2982)

Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2023-06-29 01:56 – Updated: 2024-11-27 16:18
VLAI?
Summary
The WordPress Social Login and Register (Discord, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions up to, and including, 7.6.4. This is due to insufficient encryption on the user being supplied during a login validated through the plugin. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator, if they know the email address associated with that user. This was partially patched in version 7.6.4 and fully patched in version 7.6.5.

CVE-2023-2599 (GCVE-0-2023-2599)

Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2023-06-09 05:33 – Updated: 2024-12-20 23:41
VLAI?
Summary
The Active Directory Integration plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery leading to time-based SQL Injection via the orderby and order parameters in versions up to, and including, 4.1.4 due to missing nonce verification on the get_users function and insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to cause resource exhaustion via a forged request granted they can trick an administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.

This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to cause resource exhaustion via a forged request granted they can trick an administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link."
