Title
Apache Airflow: API authorization bypass: bulk TaskInstances allows cross-DAG mutation
Summary
A bug in Apache Airflow's bulk Task Instances API (`PATCH/DELETE /api/v2/dags/{dag_id}/dagRuns/{dag_run_id}/taskInstances`) evaluated authorization against the `dag_id` resolved from the URL path while operating on the `dag_id` / `dag_run_id` extracted from request-body entity fields. An authenticated UI/API user with edit permission on one Dag could mutate Task Instance state in any other Dag by keeping the authorized Dag's ID in the URL path and naming the target Dag's IDs in the request body entities. Affects deployments that rely on per-Dag edit-scope to keep Task Instance state isolated between teams. Users are advised to upgrade to `apache-airflow` 3.2.2 or later.

WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform. In versions 29.0 and prior, the endpoint `plugin/Live/view/Live_restreams/list.json.php` contains an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability that allows any authenticated user with streaming permission to retrieve other users' live restream configurations, including third-party platform stream keys and OAuth tokens (access_token, refresh_token) for services like YouTube Live, Facebook Live, and Twitch. Commit d5992fff2811df4adad1d9fc7d0a5837b882aed7 fixes the issue.

OpenProject has Cross-Project Meeting Agenda Item Injection via Unscoped Section Lookup

OpenProject is open-source, web-based project management software. Prior to version 17.3.0, a user with `manage_agendas` permission in any project can inject agenda items into meetings belonging to any other project on the instance — even projects they have no access to. For each and every data access, ensure that the user has sufficient privilege to access the record that is being requested.

Make sure that the key that is used in the lookup of a specific user's record is not controllable externally by the user or that any tampering can be detected.
