Produktbeschreibung
Die Firmware ist eine in die Geräte fest eingebettete Software, die dort grundlegende Funktionen leistet. Intel stellt Chipsätze her, die auf Mainboards zur Ansteuerung der Intel Prozessoren eingesetzt werden.
Angriff
Ein Angreifer kann mehrere Schwachstellen in der Intel Firmware und dem Intel Chipsatz ausnutzen, um seine Privilegien zu erhöhen oder einen Denial-of-Service-Zustand zu verursachen.
