Title
Apache Airflow CNCF Kubernetes provider: JWT Token Exposure in KubernetesExecutor Command-Line Arguments
Summary
JWT tokens that were used by workers in Kubernetes Executors have been exposed to users who had read only access to Kuberentes Pods. This could allow users with just read-only access to perform actions that were only available to running tasks via Task SDK and potentially allow to modify state of Airflow Database for tasks.

Title
python-dotenv: Symlink following in set_key allows arbitrary file overwrite via cross-device rename fallback
Summary
python-dotenv reads key-value pairs from a .env file and can set them as environment variables. Prior to version 1.2.2, `set_key()` and `unset_key()` in python-dotenv follow symbolic links when rewriting `.env` files, allowing a local attacker to overwrite arbitrary files via a crafted symlink when a cross-device rename fallback is triggered. Users should upgrade to v.1.2.2 or, as a workaround, apply the patch manually.

Title
Apache Airflow Providers SMTP: No certificate validation on SMTP STARTTLS connections in SMTP provider
Summary
Apache Airflow's SMTP provider `SmtpHook` called Python's `smtplib.SMTP.starttls()` without an SSL context, so no certificate validation was performed on the TLS upgrade. A man-in-the-middle between the Airflow worker and the SMTP server could present a self-signed certificate, complete the STARTTLS upgrade, and capture the SMTP credentials sent during the subsequent `login()` call. Users are advised to upgrade to the `apache-airflow-providers-smtp` version that contains the fix.

Title
Apache Airflow Providers Elasticsearch: Elasticsearch task-log handler leaks credentials embedded in the host URL
Summary
The Elasticsearch logging provider, when configured with a `host` URL that embeds credentials (for example `https://user:password@server.example.com:9200`), wrote the full host URL — including the embedded credentials — into task logs. Any user with task-log read permission could harvest the backend credentials. Users are advised to upgrade to `apache-airflow-providers-elasticsearch` 6.5.3 or later and, as a defense-in-depth measure, configure the backend credentials via a secret backend rather than embedding them in the `[elasticsearch] host` URL.

Title
Apache Airflow Amazon provider: Prevent unauthorized access to team-scoped secrets in AWS Secrets Manager and SSM Parameter Store backends
Summary
In the AWS Secrets Manager and SSM Parameter Store secrets backends of `apache-airflow-providers-amazon` prior to 9.28.0, the team-scoping logic could resolve a `conn_id` containing a `/` (e.g. `"my_team/conn"`) to the same path as another team's team-scoped secret when the caller had no team context. A privileged caller without team context could therefore retrieve another team's secret by crafting a colliding `conn_id`. Fixed in 9.28.0 by switching the team-scope separator to `--` and rejecting team-shaped `conn_id`s when team context is absent. Affects the experimental multi-tenant teams feature only. Users are recommended to upgrade to `apache-airflow-providers-amazon` 9.28.0, which fixes the issue.

Kiota abstractions RedirectHandler leaks Cookie/Proxy-Authorization headers on cross-host redirect
Summary
The RedirectHandler middleware in microsoft/kiota-java (com.microsoft.kiota:microsoft-kiota-http-okHttp v1.9.0) and other Kiota libraries fails to strip sensitive HTTP headers when following 3xx redirects to a different host or scheme. Only the Authorization header is removed; Cookie, Proxy-Authorization, and all custom headers are forwarded to the redirect target.

Title
Soup Sieve: Memory Exhaustion via Large Comma-Separated Selector Lists in soupsieve
Summary
Soup Sieve is a CSS selector library designed to be used with Beautiful Soup 4. Prior to 2.8.4, the CSS selector parser in soupsieve allocates unbounded memory when compiling large comma-separated selector lists, allowing an attacker who can supply a crafted selector string to soupsieve.compile() or Beautiful Soup .select() / .select_one() to allocate hundreds of megabytes of heap memory from a relatively small input and cause denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 2.8.4.

Soup Sieve: Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) in soupsieve Selector Parser
Summary
Soup Sieve is a CSS selector library designed to be used with Beautiful Soup 4. Prior to 2.8.4, the CSS selector parser in soupsieve contains a regular expression vulnerable to catastrophic backtracking when processing an attribute selector with an unterminated quoted value in soupsieve/css_parser.py, allowing an attacker who can supply untrusted CSS selector strings to soupsieve.compile() or Beautiful Soup .select() / .select_one() to cause CPU exhaustion and denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 2.8.4.
